Few small things I disliked/didn’t work:
* WiFi is not protected with password. I couldn’t connect to it with my company laptop, hence couldn’t work from the hotel
* Remote for the television was missing
* Tablet for remote controls and for ordering was not working at all (seems was not connected to internet)
* Head of the bed was dirty
* Smart tv functionalities were not working properly due to weak connection (watching YouTube videos or Netflix was very annoying)

A wonderful retreat with friendly staff, beautiful grounds, delicious food and excellent treatments. We were in the Pavarotti suite which was fabulous - very clean, spacious and quiet with a lovely view of the garden. The staff were extremely kind, professional and accommodating - Manuel and Daniela deserve a special mention. This is a peaceful retreat within walking distance of Merano (a gorgeous spa town) and Trauttmansdorff (botanical gardens) plus lots of hiking routes. A true gem!

The food was amazing, the amenities were great and the rooms were super modern, clean and well maintained. We will definitely come back. We traveled with our 2 years old toddler and had a blast. The hotel was very accommodating to all of our needs and it was truly a great time for us.
